Key Responsibilities: * Design and Development Leadership: Lead the design and development initiatives for new equipment, leveraging your expertise to innovate solutions that meet our rigorous standards for quality and performance. * Product Enhancement Contribution: Enhance existing products by proposing insightful modifications and updates, ensuring our offerings maintain their technological edge. * Technical Specifications Creation: Develop comprehensive technical specifications, conduct thorough analyses, and establish rigorous testing requirements to guide the design process. * Build Process Support: Provide hands-on assistance during the build phase to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional equipment. * System Integration and Testing Oversight: Take charge of system integration, meticulously testing and validating equipment to ensure reliability and effectiveness. * Collaborative Approach: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, fostering open communication for seamless project progression.
